At Nacelle & Hub, we provide consultancy services and manufacture components such as base structures, shafts, wing hubs, brake disks, reinforcement plates, bearings and housings of all types. We employ extreme precision and careful quality control in the manufacture of all parts.
When it comes to such heavy parts, even the smallest error can have catastrophic consequences. All components are therefore checked in accordance with specific international standards. Sheet steel, for instance, is checked for any occurrence of irregularities such as gas porosity, laminations, etc. in accordance with EN 10160 (Ultrasonic testing of steel flat product).
We use the latest technology in the field of destructive and non-destructive testing, as well as 3D and laser equipment. This ensures that all our components meet the most stringent requirements before they leave the plant.
